How long does it take to set up?
Most groomers are taking real bookings within 10 minutes. The 6-step wizard handles name, services, hours and your free subdomain — payment setup is optional and can wait.
Do I own my customers?
Yes. Customers book through your branded site under your business name. We never email them on our own behalf, and the optional marketplace only ever takes a cut on net-new customers it introduces to you — never on your existing book.
Can I take cash payments too?
Absolutely. Deposits via Stripe are optional. You can take bookings with no deposit and settle the full price in cash at the appointment, or charge a partial deposit and the rest on the day.
What if I cancel my subscription?
Your site stays live on the free Starter tier — we never abruptly 404 a working business. Pro-only features (custom domain, social posting, automations) gracefully revert; your existing bookings and customer history stay put.
Do you work outside the UK?
The platform is built global-first: currencies in minor units, timezones in UTC, locale-aware formatting. We're UK-launching but the engine doesn't assume GBP or Europe/London.
Is there an app?
Two, actually — a customer app for pet parents (pets, bookings, push reminders) and an office app for groomers (today's route, push, offline reads). Both are free on every plan.
